There are 168 hours in a week and we’re not here just to provide you with guidance for 2-3. Nope, big brother’s not watching you! We’re just here to support you outside of your workout sessions too (with thanks to technology). Our integrated approach keeps you motivated, focused and excited as you make progress.

The first step is to call us and we’ll answer any questions you have. I know, actually speaking to someone…that’s pretty scary! But you’ve got to start somewhere, right? We’ll also organise a convenient time for you to visit us at our studio for an initial consultation.

Together we’ll complete a questionnaire and assessment. This will help us to clarify your goals and your current position. We’ll then prescribe the best strategy and set an expected time frame for you to hit your goals. This is also a chance for you to get to know us, and see if we’re a good fit.
