HOW MUCH WILL I NEED TO INVEST IN MYSELF?

Our programmes range from £149 to £675 per month. The investment to be made in yourself will depend upon your fitness goals, motivation and budget.

We have an option of personal training within a small group (4-5 members max). This can be a great way to benefit from an additional level of accountability from your new fitness buddies, whilst at the same time, sharing the cost.

We also have programmes available where you can earn your money back, if you hit your fitness goals within 6 weeks!

Payment for your monthly subscription is processed automatically each month using a credit or debit card.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF FITNESS?

Not at all. The whole point of you doing this is to improve your fitness, right? We all have to start somewhere.

If your preference is for small group training (working out with 3-4 members), you may find yourself working out with members who’ve been on our programme for two years to members who like you, are just getting started. All of our members are supportive and encouraging and have at one time being in the exact same position as you. One where they want to improve.

We do need you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before you start a programme with us. This is to help identify any health restrictions.

I’M REALLY BUSY, HOW MUCH OF MY TIME WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Our members workout with us 2-3 times per week for 50/55 minutes each time.

Whichever programme you choose, for optimum results, you’ll also need to be willing to invest a few minutes each day on your nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

We’re open from 6:30am-9:00pm Monday-Friday, 7:00am-1:00pm Saturdays. Your workouts can take place within these times.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL I BE ABLE TO WORKOUT?

Our private studio located in Clapham North Art Centre (no more than 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham High Street station. We also have free parking available at the studio).

Our opening hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-9:00pm & Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm.

We have up to 15 workout spots open to you per day.

WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT WILL I GET?

You’ll receive our support not only during the time that you workout at our studio, but also on a day-to-day basis when you’re not working out. There are 168 hours in a week. Your body transformation will certainly not happen solely during the 2-3 hours you spend working out!

Outside of your studio workouts, you’ll receive nutrition and lifestyle support via the Fit to Last app.  The app will contain the resources for your programme including meal planning, your food diary, results tracking, workouts to complete independently, direct access to your coach and much more!

I’VE FAILED TO MAINTAIN MY FITNESS RESULTS IN THE PAST, WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS?

The closer you follow the programme, the better your results will be. This doesn’t mean showing up for every workout. That’s the easy part! To achieve awesome results, you’ll need to follow the nutrition and lifestyle habits too. Let’s keep it real…You’ll be working out 2-3 times per week. You’ll be eating/drinking around 35 times.

The Fit to Last Framework focuses on changing your daily nutrition and lifestyle habits incrementally. This means you make small changes week by week. This helps to instil changes in your lifestyle habits permanently so that you maintain your results.

Call us

The first step is to call us and we’ll answer any questions you have. I know, actually speaking to someone…that’s pretty scary! But you’ve got to start somewhere, right? We’ll also organise a convenient time for you to visit us at our studio for an initial consultation.

Visit our private body transformation studio

Together we’ll complete a questionnaire and assessment. This will help us to clarify your goals and your current position. We’ll then prescribe the best strategy and set an expected time frame for you to hit your goals. This is also a chance for you to get to know us, and see if we’re a good fit.
