A physiological assessment can highlight insufficient recovery levels before we notice and they become a serious problem. Awareness enables you to be proactive and take preventative solutions to put you ahead of the game.
HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
Using wearable technology, heart rate variability is measured for a period of 3 days. This provides a real-life 24-hour tracking of stress, recovery, sleep quality and energy expenditure.
The information gathered is then used to pinpoint areas in lifestyle where adjustments can be made to enhance recovery and become more resilient and productive.
The programme begins with a 45-minute kick-off meeting. Participants attend together at one time in groups of 20 max.
Each individual wears the heart rate variability technology for a period of 3 days. The appliance is discreet and comfortable. Users can continue with their daily life as normal when wearing.
Feedback is delivered in groups of 3. Each group will need to set aside 15 minutes to receive their feedback from the data collected. (Individual reports remain confidential at all times).
Following the feedback session, each individual receives a personalised plan with action points to make change for the better. Tailored coaching to assist each individual in implementing their plan is delivered through the Fit to Last app. The coaching requires 5-10 minutes per day for 12-16 weeks depending on results.
Following execution of the action plan, heart rate variability is measured once again. (Each individual wears the heart rate variability technology for another period of 3 days). This will track progress made from the initial test.
