Sugar Free Chia Jam

This sugar free chia jam is a healthy, tasty addition to a bowl of porridge, yoghurt and granola or your classic slice of toast.

Makes 1 Jar

Shopping list

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • squeeze of fresh lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 drops stevia

Let’s do this

  1. Add all the ingredients apart from the chia seeds to a blender (if using frozen berries, defrost them first) and blend until smooth
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and then pour the mixture into a jar/tupperware.
  3. Place in the fridge and leave to set for 30 minutes

This jam will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
