    Looking for 1:1 Personal Training in Clapham? Our programs are tailor-made to help you achieve great results. Whether you’re looking to increase lean muscle mass, burn body fat, increase endurance, or transform your quality of life, our team will put you on the right track.

    Before we get you started, we complete the Functional Movement Screen with you. This is how we identify areas for your improved movement and also indicate areas of potential injury. This process is compulsory as it helps us to build an in-depth knowledge of you and your body.

    We also work with you when we're not with you. We help you to make small adjustments in your day-to-day habits. These small adjustments lead towards big change in your health and wellbeing. This is achieved through our app which is tailored to your goals.

    When you engage Fit to Last, you engage a team to support you, keeping you motivated, focused and excited as you achieve great results. Our relationship is based on mutual accountability. Knowing you’re in a fitness partnership is a great way to stay on track.

  • Small Group Training Clapham

    Our Small Group Training in Clapham, gives you the benefits of personal training in a small group setting. Training in a small group is also a great way to stay motivated whilst adding a social element to your fitness. This sets you up for success with an extra level of accountability on your journey of improving your body composition, fitness levels and nutrition habits. If you're looking for fitness classes in Clapham, this is a great alternative.

    You may already be following a fitness regime, or even if you are not currently exercising - we can still help you with your nutrition alone.

    With My Eating Coach, you will increase your energy levels, improve your metabolism, live longer and even reduce the risk of certain medical conditions such as diabetes.

    Through customised nutrition coaching, we will teach you the process of  developing healthy eating habits, based on industry leading research to set you up for success. Rather than spoon-feeding  you, we teach you how to fish.

    We are currently at maximum capacity with this program. Due to the one-one attention we deliver through My Eating Coach, there is a limit to the number of clients we can help at one time.

    Our process starts with clinical and subjective measurements of your current level of stress resilience

    Clinical tests
    We measure your current resilience by examining;
    • Heart rate variability using First Beat Technology
    • Cortisol levels using Genova Diagnostics testing protocols

    Subjective measurements
    We assess your current, physical symptoms of stress using the Cohen-Hoberman Inventory Of Physical Symptoms questionnaire.

    A road map to improved resilience
    We apply the data from your clinical tests and questionnaire to create a customised plan.

    Your plan is a series of personalised interventions to guide you to improved resilience, mental performance, physical health and wellbeing. Your progress is also monitored through this clinical and subjective process every twelve weeks.

James Staring is a fitness instructor based in Clapham.
In 2005, James was a 39 year old smoker. He had been very fit when he was younger but had let his fitness slip a bit. (Actually a 15-year slide). As a new year’s resolution James decided to quit smoking. He did this by reading Allen Carr’s The Easy Way To Stop Smoking and by entering the London Triathlon as a focal point to keep on track.

Fitness is now a significant part of James’ life, progressing from a hobby to a career. He believes anyone can start working towards a healthier lifestyle. Regardless of age or current ability.

James is always keen to share his knowledge and has featured in publications such as Your Fitness, Healthy and Hello! magazines. You'll find these features on our press page.

Former professional boxer, Daley, spent 15 years learning the trade. During this time, he worked on attaining the lifestyle and physique to succeed in his career. In Daley's time as a boxer, he became national champion and won a silver medal for England in Las Vegas. He also remained undefeated.

Through this experience, Daley realised he could help many others attain their desired physique and lifestyle, just as he did. By channeling every skill and piece of knowledge he has built in his career, Daley has become talented in creating unique programs which differ from your “run of the mill” personal trainer.

When Daley’s not working hard helping you to achieve your fitness goals, he’s playing football, boxing and mentoring kids on health and fitness.
