Everything at Fit to Last starts with a phone conversation where we listen to what you want to achieve and the challenges you’ve been facing. The next step is for you to attend a Discovery Session at our private studio so we can identify your starting point and together map out a clear path to where you want to go.

Using cutting edge technology, we assess your body composition, general health, posture and movement. We then use this data and information to create your health and fitness goals with a clear strategy and timeline to achieve them.


3D HEALTH REVIEW TO Map your starting point, PLAn YOUR STRATEGY & track your progress

Ever followed a diet or fitness programme and gotten obsessed with the number on the weighing scale? And thought “surely there’s more to this in improving my fitness?” You were right. There is! That’s why we start with a 3D Health Review to map your starting point. Using accurate full-body health scanning technology, we assess your body fat, lean muscle, bone density, posture and general health status. We then set realistic fitness goals and a timeline for you to achieve them. The timeline will show how achieving your goals will improve your overall health. We repeat these reviews on a monthly basis to track your progress.

Don’t you just hate it when you feel you’re developing aches and pains and losing your flexibility? This assessment identifies where improvements can be made in your movement patterns, your mobility and your stability. The process enables us to prescribe the most suitable exercises to help you move better during workouts and your daily physical activities.

WEIGHT TRAINING WORKSHOP TO WORKOUT WITH CONFIDENCE

Haven’t worked out in a long time (or ever)? That’s absolutely fine. Before you get started on your fitness programme, you’ll attend our Weight Training Workshop to learn the fundamentals of lifting weights. With an expert coach by your side, you’ll know you’re performing exercises correctly and with good form. With 30+ years of collective knowledge and experience, our Fitness Coaches will work with you to build your confidence and help you feel prepared for your personal training sessions.

CUSTOMISED NUTRITION COACHING To Adjust your eating habits. (Without counting calories!)

Have you found yourself yo-yo dieting in the past? Our methods are designed to help you adjust your eating habits incrementally, through personalised, weekly action points for sustainable results and long term change. With the Fit to Last Framework, you’ll learn what, when, and how much to eat. All without weighing out your portions and counting calories. No crazy diets – just healthy eating. You’ll achieve this through direct two-way communication with your Nutrition Coach, as well as weekly personalised feedback, all delivered through the Fit to Last app.

REGULAR PERSONAL TRAINING APPOINTMENTS WITH EXPERT FITNESS COACHES

If you find it difficult to motivate yourself to workout on a regular basis, you’re not alone. It’s the number one reason our members come to us. With regular personal training appointments built around your daily and weekly routines, you’ll get to enjoy the results exercising consistently brings.
